We ship worldwide or at least we try to cover most of the planet. We usually pack and ship every order within one/two days after It’s been paid. We do our best to ensure the best service but please keep in mind that once the package has been shipped It may be subject to delays beyond our control, so don’t blame us for that.

Shipping always comes with a tracking number. In some parts of the world we noticed delays beyond human reason so we reccomend to always keep an eye on It.

Please, try to always provide a valid address which is open to delivery for most of the daytime.

We are trying to keep up to date with the best shipping deals in order to make you save some money but please consider that shipping nowadays might be expensive af.

Please, be aware that almost everything which is shipped outside EU (and sometimes even inside) might be subjected to taxes. We DO NOT calculate tax fees at checkout.

Once the order is placed and paid, It will be shipped within few work days at last. In case you want to add something to an already placed order, assuming that It hasn’t been shipped yet, just write us providing the orderd ID and we’ll fix that.

If you purchase a PRE-ORDER items together with ready-to-ship items, it will be fulfilled once the preorder is ready. If you can’t resist having your vinyls spinning at home, please place separate orders.

All the sales are final and won’t be refunded unless they fit the following circumstances;

– You have received a wrong item

– You have received a defective item

– You have received a wrong-sized item

If you think these circumstances applies to you, contact us with order number and try to provide as much evidence as possible. Sometimes shit happens and we really want you to be happy so in case this happens, we will offer an exchange or, If not possible, a refund. In case you have received a defective product, we’ll cover the costs to get you a proper one; in case of a size exchange you will be subject to additional shipping charges in addition to return shipping charges.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for broken/mistreated packages.

We’re just a small business which started like yesterday but nevertheless we receive a lot of request for productions, so please consider that It might takes a while for us to listen to them. We really try to listen to all of them but do not consider a lack of reply as a form of disrespect. Feel free to send Bandcamp/Youtube/Soundlcoud/whatever links or via Google Drive/Dropbox but DO NOT send direct ZIP/RAR files or hosting website links because I’ll probably won’t open them, sorry.

If you are in a band and want to have your merch/releases stock in our webstore, please send an email to junglenoiserecords@gmail.com providing band name (you don’t say?) and an inventory list of what you want to stock and we’ll get back at you with our policies/offers as soon as possible. We are developing a stock-related part of the store so we’ll be more than happy to discuss about this
